It just wasn’t cricket when the sport became embroiled in allegations of spot-fixing. In August 2010, it was alleged that during the Pakistani team’s tour of England, three players accepted spot-fixing bribes, briefed to deliberately underperform in the fourth test at Lords by bowling no-balls at specific points during the over.
