Last week’s Language and words in the news highlighted how a bit of creative thinking can make the world of difference to an English lesson. I defy anyone not to be entertained by the Shaun the Sheep video (I love the cocktails and shower caps at the end!), and it’s the perfect vehicle to get even the most uncertain student talking.
Changing technology really does open up a wealth of opportunities to the teacher willing to think outside the box, and it makes both learning and teaching so much more fun. What interesting or unusual media have you used in the classroom over the years?
